I started Vicky's Clubs to give local families childcare that feels every bit as warm and welcoming as home. With a Level 3 Childcare qualification and years of experience, I lead a brilliant, well qualified team who get to know every child and genuinely love what they do.
Every child is valued, supported and encouraged to shine. Whether it's before school, after school or holiday club, we give the children the freedom to explore, play and make new friends in a safe and joyful environment.

The friendly faces at Ducklington
All staff have a DBS, undertake Safeguarding training on a regular basis, Prevent and FGM training and the majority of our staff are Paediatric First Aid trained. Most of all, they are brilliant with children.
